At Super Greens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
